We know that the process of closing bank accounts has started, and we want to make that process as easy as possible for you regarding your Royal London Ireland policy.

How you can let us know

We can update your account details with us if your bank (KBC or Ulster Bank) provides us with your new account details. This is done by them sharing your ‘switcher form’ with us.

We’ll be writing to all affected customers in the coming months, with a copy of the direct debit mandate form we need completed and a pre-paid return envelope.

If your policy number starts with the numbers 7, 17, 18, 25, or 56 please complete and sign this IB Direct Debit Form.

If your policy number starts with the numbers 8, 9, 49, 55, or 61 or starts with the letters A, P or R please complete and sign this OB Direct Debit Form.
