At the end of 2024, we were celebrating.
Our dedication to superior service, products, support and putting customers first was recognised at the 2024 Brokers Ireland Excellence Awards where we won four awards including the Overall Financial Services Excellence Award.
This was the latest chapter in our proud history, where our businesses heritage in Ireland means we have been looking after customers for 190 years. We look forward to doing so again in 2025 and beyond.
To promote our 190 heritage, we ran an outdoor advertising campaign across cities as well as incorporating radio and digital platforms.
This advertising campaign ran from October to early December 2024 while it also promoted the need to speak to a Financial Broker for advice.
You may have heard our ad on on national stations like RTE, Lyric, Raidio na Gaeltacht and Newstalk, as well as the likes of 98FM, FM104, Nova, Red FM in Cork, Galway Bay FM, Limericks Live 95FM, amongst many more.
The outdoor advertising was in Dublin, Cork and Limerick. The Dublin ads were displayed on Merrion Row, Earlsfort Terrace, Merrion Row, Baggot St and on the video display outside the St Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre.
Throughout 2023, we ran a TV and online advertising campaign to help let people know about our businesses rich heritage and presence in Ireland of 190 years. And, importantly, to encourage them to contact a Financial Broker.
In it, Gilbert, the pelican in our logo came to life, as he traveled across the ages from 1820s Tipperary, to Victorian-era Cork, through to modern-day Dublin and Mayo. This journey represents our businesses 190-year heritage in Ireland; from the first Caledonian Insurance Company office, which opened on York Street in 1834, through to our current day, where our commitment to protect Irish customers and communities is as strong as ever.
