Strong history of claims payments
We’re proud to have a strong claims track record that puts our customers at its heart. In 2020, Royal London Group paid 99.6% of all claims and over €680 million in total claims payouts.* This included:
· 95.7% of Life Cover claims,
· 92.4% of Specified Serious Illness Cover claims,
· 99.9% of Whole of Life claims and
· 93% of Income Protection claims.
