Protection Customer

Our new customer portal is now available for policy owners who opted to receive their policy documents online when applying. If your policy started on or after 1 July 2024 and is a Mortgage Protection, Term Assurance, Whole of Life, Specified Serious Illness, Multi-Claim Protection Cover or Income Protection policy, you can access your policy documents here.

Pension Customer

Our online service is available. If you have a PRB or ARF policy with us you can access these policies here.
