How you can let us know
You can log in and update your account details with us online.
You can call our team on 01-429 3333 and update your account details.
You can download the direct debit mandate form and return it to us signed and completed by email to email@example.com.
You can post a completed, signed and dated direct debit mandate form to us.
Through your bank
We can update your account details with us if your old bank provides us with your new account details. This is done by them sharing your ‘switcher form’ with us.

If your policy number starts with the numbers 8, 9, 49, 55, or 61 or starts with the letters A, P or R
If your policy number starts with the numbers 8, 9, 49, 55, or 61 or starts with the letters A, P or R please complete and sign this OB Direct Debit Form.
You can then email it to firstname.lastname@example.org or post it to Royal London Insurance DAC, P. O. Box 12995, Dublin 2.
