The offer to distribute the Estate of the Royal Liver Sub-Fund sooner
The Policyholder Meeting was held on Thursday 20 October. A number of Eligible Policyholders attended the meeting, either virtually or in person, and were able to put questions to the panel and cast their vote on the Irish Scheme, if they hadn’t already done so.
The vote passed with 95.9% of those policyholders who voted, voting in favour of the Irish Scheme; and those who voted in favour held 96.9% of the total Voting Value of everyone who voted.
