Access your Policy Documents online

Protection Customer

This customer portal is available for policy owners who chose to receive their policy documents online, when applying.

It's suitable for Mortgage Protection, Term Assurance, Whole of Life, Specified Serious Illness, Multi-Claim Protection Cover and  Income Protection policies.

If your policy started on or after 1 July 2024 you can access your policy documents here.

Pension Customer

This customer portal is available for customers with a pension policy, taken out in or after November 2022.

You can access this online service for your PRSA, PRB or ARF policy here.

We’re aware that there is currently an issue for customers accessing their payslips for ARF withdrawals online. We're sorry for any inconvenince this may cause, and are working to resolve it.
