This reflects the quality of our products and service across life and pensions, with a particular highlight being our Personal Retirement Savings Account (PRSA) which we launched at the end of 2024.

We also proudly score 4.9 out of 5 from over 2,700 reviews on TrustPilot.
"This performance underlines our focus on helping customers and their families to protect themselves and build their financial resilience. In April 2025, we awarded ValueShare for the third year in a row, boosting the value of eligible customers’ pensions by an average €152, on top of their investment returns.
"Looking ahead in 2026, we remain firmly focused on delivering the best outcomes for customers and brokers and advocating the benefits of impartial financial advice.
"We will continue to call for Government action to reform Ireland’s savings and investment regime. There is a clear opportunity to simplify how current savings products are taxed and to introduce a straight-forward, tax-advantageous Savings & Investment Account (SIA). This would help people move money out of low-yield deposits and into productive investments – giving Irish savers a better chance to grow their money and realise their full savings potential."
