Protect yourself from fraud

Financial scams are unfortunately becoming increasingly common, with fraudsters targeting both individuals and businesses. The Central Bank of Ireland has issued guidance to help you identify some of the tell-tale signs of insurance fraud and insurance scams and keep yourself protected.

The Central Bank of Ireland has warned consumers to protect themselves against scammers or fraudsters, who are finding increasingly sophisticated ways to target consumers. They advise consumers to take the SAFE test, as outlined below.
