Royal London Ireland Appoints Aoife Healy as Chief Financial Officer

Royal London Ireland, one of Ireland’s leading life insurance and pensions providers, has announced the appointment of Aoife Healy as its new Chief Financial Officer, as the company positions itself for sustained growth in Ireland’s life insurance and pensions market.

Aoife brings two decades of experience across all areas of the insurance market, including life, non-life, reinsurance and broking, including both domestic and cross border life companies. Prior to joining Royal London Ireland, she served as a Director in PwC Ireland’s Banking, Insurance and Aviation Finance practice. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and holds a Masters in International Business from UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business. She also holds a Certificate in Sustainability Strategy, Risk, and Reporting from Chartered Accountants Ireland, reflecting her focus on responsible financial leadership and sustainable value creation.

In her CFO role, Aoife will lead Royal London Ireland’s Finance function and work with the wider executive team to support growth and drive strategic decision-making that delivers long-term benefits for customers.
